Getting Started
To add new users to this software, go to the 'Manage Team' tab inside the Workspace page that can be accessed from the dropdown menu next to the user profile at the top right.
Once you are there, click 'Add Member Manually' so you can then enter the user's name, email address, user role and other relevant information or you can invite them via email by clicking 'Invite New Member'.
Once you've added the user, you can assign them to projects, tasks, and other responsibilities as needed.
To see team's status and location in real time, go to 'Today Activity' tab in Timey to see who is working on what, when they are available, where they are located and what their skills and expertise are.
You can then assign tasks and responsibilities based on this information to ensure that everyone is working on the right tasks at the right time.
To start tracking your time in Timey, simply select the project or task you want to click on 'Clock In' button. The timer will begin tracking your time automatically, and you can clock out, start break and end break as needed.
